Join Lakes FM at the 4th annual Highs and Lows Tour to benefit NAMI NH on Saturday, August 9 at Plymouth High School.
Lakes Media will be there for the kickoff ceremony and ride start.
The Highs and Lows Tour is to raise awareness of mental illness and suicide prevention while raising funds for the National Alliance for Mental Illness NH Chapter in hopes to remove the stigma of mental health. NAMI NH’s mission is to help improve the lives of individuals and families impacted by mental health conditions.
This community event will start at 10am and last until the final cyclist crosses the
finish line. There will be food, live music, kids’ games, facepainting, and local community
facilities sharing information about their services.
All Proceeds from the event benefit NAMI New Hampshire (National Alliance on
Mental Illness).
The Highs & Lows Tour is a single day cycling event with 5 different distances to choose from. This year all of the rides start and finish on the beautiful campus of Plymouth Regional High School. One of the courses the Highs and Lows Tour introduces mixed surface/gravel option. Each of the 5 rides are well supported with SAG vehicles and organized rest stops with plenty of food and hydration.
A post ride party to follow.
You don’t have to cycle to help this incredible cause. You can donate and even sponsor a rider or team.
